 2024 CONGRESSIONAL ART EXHIBITION

Congressional Art Competition Winner
1st Place Winner for 2024
The 2024 Congressional Art Competition will be in the Director’s Gallery for the month of April. This exhibition
will feature the work of local high school students from both public and private schools. Participating
students were selected by their teachers to showcase their talents.  All selected works will be judged and
select artwork will receive awards.
The student awarded First Place will have a chance to attend a reception in Washington D.C., where all
artwork awarded First Place from across the country will be displayed.

Craven Arts Council & Gallery is open to the public from Tuesday - Saturday, 10 am to 5 pm, free of charge. 
Please feel free to stop by and view the work of these talented young artists!
Important Dates: 
Drop Off Deadline: 5pm, March 23, 2024
Awards Reception: 2pm, March 30, 2024
ArtWalk Reception: 5pm-8pm, April 12, 2024
Artwork Pick Up: 10am-5pm, May 4, 2024
