Pumpkin Carvin'

Pumpkin Carvin' with Craven Arts

 Craven Arts Council & Gallery is proud to host a pumpkin carving event on Saturday, October 26th from 11 am to 4 pm. Craven Arts will be teaching two sessions of pumpkin carving ahead of downtown New Bern trick-or-treating. This event is available for youth ages 4 – 17, and will be held in two sessions, from 11 am to 1 pm and the second session from 2 to 4 pm.

                 Pumpkin Carvin’ with Craven Arts is youth-friendly pumpkin carving event to promote children’s involvement and interest in the arts. Two sessions carving sessions will be held, and are limited to 10 children per session, and parents and guardians are required to be present for children 11 and under as well as sign a safety and publicity waiver. Sessions will include a tutorial from staff at Craven Arts, and participants will be allowed to keep pumpkins. Courtesy warm cider will be provided. Registration is open now until spots are filled. This event is $10 for members and $15 for non-members of Craven Arts. 

Two sessions will be held during 11 am - 4 pm
