Craven Arts Council & Gallery is proud to present Carolina Blues in the Director’s Gallery for the month of November. This exhibition was created by Donna Hodgins as she exhibits original photography of North Carolina’s stunning landscapes, nature, and still life. The opening reception will be during the ArtWalk on November 8th from 5 – 8 pm at the Bank of the Arts.
Carolina Blues is an anthology by Donna Hodgins, which showcases her decades-long photographic journey through North Carolina. This collection not only highlights the region's beauty but also reflects her artistic evolution, blending design principles with her love for capturing the world around her.
The opening reception at the Bank of the Arts will be on November 8th at Artwalk from 5 – 8 pm. The Craven Arts Council & Gallery is free and open to the public Tuesday through Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm.

Donna Hodgins transitioned her lifelong passion for photography into a full-time career, after relocating
rom New York to Israel and then to North Carolina in 2012, further honing her skills through online courses and as a current member of the Coastal Photo Club. Drawing on her background in interior design, she employs elements like space, line, form, color, and texture to create harmonious images that
invite exploration and appreciation.
